All transfers of medical records to another clinic will incur a $30 fee. Records will only be transferred once the fee has been received.
Billing Policy Update – Effective 3rd September 2025
Please be advised that as of Wednesday, 3rd September 2025, Connolly Drive Medical Centre will operate as a Private Billing Practice.
This means that most patients will incur out-of-pocket fees for consultations and medical services.
Bulk Billing Eligibility
Bulk billing will only be available to:
All other patients, including those holding concession or healthcare cards (other than aged pensioners), will be privately billed.
Treatment Room Fees
Out-of-pocket treatment room fees apply to all patients, including those who qualify for bulk billing. These fees cover the use of clinical supplies, nurse-assisted procedures, wound dressings, immunisations, and other treatments performed in the treatment room.
